Our company is developing a disposable ultra-fine electronic choledochoscope system. It is used for minimally invasive treatment and precise treatment of biliopancreatic diseases. It is a visualization scheme for the final blind area of the digestive tract.
 
One-time flexible biliopancreatic endoscopy system: for minimally invasive treatment and precise treatment of biliopancreatic diseases. There are two approaches. One is that we insert the camera directly into the cystic duct of the human body through the natural cavity of the human body. At present, the technique is suitable for unexplained obstructive jaundice with suspected extrahepatic biliary tract obstruction. Suspected to have a variety of biliary diseases such as stones, tumors, sclerosing cholangitis and other unknown diagnosis; Suspected congenital biliary tract abnormality or recurrent symptoms after gallbladder surgery; And pancreatic diseases such as pancreatic cancer and IPMN. Another way is to connect the biliary tract with the outside body before, during and after the hepatobiliary surgery, such as T tube, surgical puncture device, etc., and insert the choledochoscope into the biliary tract for the lesions and stones of the common bile duct, left and right hepatic duct.
 
Disposable ureteroscope system: ureteral diseases, such as calculi and tumors, can be diagnosed and treated under the direct vision or with the help of the television monitoring system when the ureteral lesions with a diameter of 0.2 to 0.5cm are entered through the urethra, bladder and ureteral orifice.
 
There are two approaches for the approach: mother-son choledochoscope & intraoperative choledochoscope. At present, there are two commonly used treatment methods for biliopancreatic diseases: minimally invasive ERCP operation & surgical operation.

ERCP can be used to place intranasal biliary drainage (ENBD) under endoscopy for the treatment of acute suppurative obstructive cholangitis, biliary stent drainage, choledocholithiasis and other minimally invasive treatments.
 
ERCP is welcomed by patients because it does not require surgery, has small trauma, short operation time, has fewer complications than surgery, and has a much shorter hospital stay due to quick postoperative healing. In just a few decades, ERCP has made great achievements in clinical practice, and now has become one of the important methods for the diagnosis and treatment of biliary and pancreatic diseases. At present, there are 300,000 cases of ERCP in China annually. However, it needs to be diagnosed and treated under X-ray and contrast agent injection.
 
However, there are still some biliary and pancreatic duct diseases that cannot be diagnosed and treated by ERCP, so people have not given up the pursuit of biliary tract visualization. But the advent of the superfine choledochoscope which can enter the biliary and pancreatic duct can solve this problem. The value of mother-son choledochoscope in ERCP:
 
• Accurate targeted biopsies can be performed under the direct vision of the biliary tract, with sensitivity increased to 76.5%;
• The biopsy sensitivity of non-direct vision biopsy and blind cell brush brush were 29.4% and 5.9%, respectively.
• Effectively reduce the incidence of stone leakage in patients with calculi during ERCP;
• Treatment of large stones with direct vision laser and possible reduction of operation time
 
Intraoperative choledochoscope
 
Before, during and after hepatobiliary surgery, the biliary tract is connected with the outside body, such as T tube, surgical puncture device, etc., and the choledochoscope is inserted into the biliary tract for the diagnosis and treatment of lesions and stones in the common bile duct, left and right hepatic duct.
 
There is no similar disposable intraoperative choledochoscope on the market.
 
Japan's three giants of soft endoscopy: Olympus, Fuji, Pentax, STORZ and WOLF from Germany, etc., all have similar intraoperative choledochoscope systems in China. The form was repeated use of endoscopy. (1) Mainly fiber imaging, image quality and electronic endoscopy can not be compared. Some Japanese manufacturers in recent years to launch the miniature CCD electronic choledochoscope, image quality is good, but the price is expensive, few hospitals can carry out. Therefore, the clinical popularization is general. The above two cases, electronic and fiberoptic endoscopy, are in the form of repeated use of products, in clinical high cost of disinfection, complex process, intolerance to sterilization, cross infection risk and other problems. Control a certain cost of disposable products can be a good solution to this contradiction. (4) Traditional re-use endoscopy to the drug solution immersion disinfection mode tolerance, and the biliary tract related surgical methods are involved in the sterilization needs, resulting in the current world in the process of cleaning and disinfection of the choledochoscope and its easy damage, high maintenance cost, so that the department caused a great loss. Disposable products do not have this problem.
